1.4 – Setting up Your Priorities Map

60 mins

Congratulations! You’ve been working putting a lot of time and energy into considering what’s important to you and why. It’s time to set up the infrastructure you’ll need to take action on these things. You’ve documented the results you would like to see in your life in the three or four main areas that are important to you. Your priorities map will help you easily see the progress you’ve made in these areas, while your daily “Celebrate and Choose” event will help you execute effectively.

Are You Ready?

Let’s go ahead and set up your Personal Agility Priorities Map. You can use an electronic tool such as Trello (recommended), you can use another electronic tool, or you can even just use post-it notes on the wall or on paper. The important thing is to make it visible.

The Forces Map

Next, I’ll walk you through how to create the Forces Map and how this interacts with the Priorities Map. Watch the video below for an overview.

The Breadcrumb Trail

For more insights into what matters, take a look at your breadcrumb trail. Watch the video below as I walk through how to create your breadcrumb trail.
