Navigation of the Portal
When you log in, you’ll see the dashboard, where you can see the the four lessons for the Personal Agility program with an overview and a conclusion.
Each lesson is designed for you to go through one lesson per week for 4 weeks so we’ll walk you through one lesson at a time, one for each week. If you signed up for the Personal Agility Program for Organizations, that will be at the end of these first lessons. Everyone will go through the core Personal Agility Program for the first 4 weeks and if you opted to continue for Personal Agility for Organizations, that would be an additional 4 weeks to go through Lessons 5 – 8 at the pace of one lesson per week upon conclusion of Lessons 1-4.
If you haven’t signed up for Personal Agility for Organizations and would like to, you can contact Maria@formulaink.com to add it.
Become a Personal Agility Recognized Practitioner!
Begin this course with the end in mind! After applying Personal Agility for 4 weeks, you may qualify to become a Recognized Practitioner and can submit an application and schedule a coaching call to review your use of Personal Agility and share your insights and application to become a Personal Agility Recognized Practitioner. We currently have Recognized Practitioners across the world from Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, India, Vietnam, Canada, and across the U.S.
The minimum criteria you will want to follow to use the Personal Agility System and qualify for this recognition is:
- Set up your Priorities Map and use it weekly (or daily!)
- Set up and use your Forces Map and Breadcrumb Trail.
There are screenshare instructional videos in week 1 that walk you through how to set up all 3 of these. - Hold a weekly Celebrate and Choose event and ask yourself the 6 questions of Personal Agility on a weekly basis
If you can find an accountability partner or coach someone you trust to hold this weekly celebration, that is highly recommended. - Use Personal Agility for 4 weeks
- Create a profile at http://personalagilityinstitute.org and upload a profile photo (Please upload a headshot that will also be used for listing you on the Personal Agility Recognized Practitioner page)
- Fill out an application to become a Recognized Practitioner: http://bit.ly/2yPmFWG
- Schedule a coaching call – email maria@formulaink.com and cc: mandy@formulaink.com to schedule
- In the coaching call we will ask you questions about your use of Personal Agility and insights from applying it to your life and will confirm you meet the criteria to become a Personal Agility Recognized Practitioner
- Upon a successful coaching call, you will get a Personal Agility Recognized Practitioner certificate and badge
Lessons
Each of the lessons are outlined on the left hand side of the screen. For week 1, all you need to do is go through Lesson 1, watch the video and fill out the worksheets for Lesson 1 (including 3 sub sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3) and begin applying these concepts in your life for that week. Go ahead and begin on Lesson 1. For the second week, go through Lesson 2, watch the video and fill out the worksheets for Lesson 2 and continue applying Personal Agility in your life. For the third week, watch the Lesson 3 video and fill out the Lesson 3 worksheets. For the fourth week, watch the Lesson 4 video and fill out the Lesson 4 worksheets.
Calendar
Events will be added to the calendar. Check back on the calendar for more updates! We will be having a weekly group call that will also be recorded and posted for replay if you are unable to make the call time.
Slack
We have a group Slack channel that has been designed to connect you with other Personal Agility practitioners and to get support along your journey. We highly recommend downloading this on your phone and turning on the notifications. The more you engage, the more rich the experience will be.
Sign into the Personal Agility Slack channel, which you can do right through the portal.
Please sign up for Slack if you don’t already have an account as we will be using slack for our group discussions through chat.
You can also login to the slack channel at: https://personalagility.slack.com or you can download the slack app on your computer desktop or mobile phone and login to “Personal Agility”
Watch this short video (2 min 36 seconds) for a brief overview of how Slack works:
